2. The Service (Virtual Fitting Room)

SnapFit AI provides a digital platform that allows users to:

Upload personal images for body measurement analysis.
Visualize digital clothing items on their uploaded images.
Save body measurement profiles for a personalized shopping experience.

3. User Responsibilities & Content

You are responsible for the images you upload. You represent that you have the right to upload such images and that they do not violate any third-party rights. You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates privacy standards. SnapFit AI reserves the right to remove any content at our discretion.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: While our AI technology strives for 10/10 precision, measurements provided by SnapFit AI are estimations. Variations may occur based on lighting, clothing worn in photos, and photo quality. SnapFit AI is not liable for ill-fitting garments purchased based on these estimations.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, brand logos, and UI designs (including the "SnapFit" name) are the exclusive property of SnapFit AI Inc. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our technology without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapFit AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or inability to access the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from the use of SnapFit AI shall be resolved in the competent courts of Beirut.
